Prime Minister of Kazakhstan visits ALZHIR museum and memorial complex

Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov visited the ALZHIR museum and memorial complex of the victims of political repressions and totalitarianism.

The Head of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan laid flowers at the Wall of Remembrance and honored the memory of the victims of political repressions and famine with a minute of silence.

During his visit to the museum complex, Alikhan Smailov also got acquainted with the expositions and main halls.

The ALZHIR museum and memorial complex of the victims of political repressions and totalitarianism is located in the village of Akmola on the site of the former Akmola camp for the wives of traitors to the motherland.
