Olzhas Abishev appointed vice minister of healthcare of Kazakhstan

By the decree of the Government, Olzhas Abishev was appointed to the post of vice minister of healthcare of Kazakhstan.

Olzhas Abishev was born in 1983 in the city of Kyzylorda.

In 2004 he graduated from Kyzylorda State University, in 2005 — University of Aulie Ata, in 2006, 2010 — Engineering College, Andong National University (South Korea). By specialty he is an economist, information technology scientist, a lawyer.

He began his career in 2000.

In different years, he worked in JSC Kazagromarketing, JSC NC Kazakstan Garysh Sapary, JSC National Information Technologies, JSC National Medical Holding, JSC Center for Medical Technologies and Information Systems, JSC Center for Military Strategic Studies, JSC Astana Innovations, Turan Astana University, as well as in commercial structures.

From September 2017 to the present, he was a director general of the Republican Center for Electronic Health of the Ministry of Healthcare of Kazakhstan.
