Ruslan Yensebayev appointed vice minister of finance of Kazakhstan

By the Decision of the Government of Kazakhstan, Ruslan Yensebayev was appointed to the post of vice minister of finance.

Ruslan Yensebayev was born in 1981 in the village of Stepnyak, Akmola region.

In 2005, he graduated from the Institute of Management, in 2013 — Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University, 2016 — International University of Information Technologies.

He started his career in 2001 as a leading specialist of the Center for Informatization of Financial Systems RSE.

He held executive positions in JSC National Information Technologies, JSC Kazakhtelecom, JSC National Infocommunication Holding Zerde, JSC National Atomic Company Kazatomprom.

From June 2017, he held the post of chairman of the board of JSC NIH Zerde.
