She was born in 1974 in the Almaty region.
In 2000, she graduated from Abay Almaty State University, in 2007 – from Kazakh National Agrarian University.
In 1999-2002, she worked as a leading specialist, chief specialist, division head at the Almaty Regional Department of Information and Public Accord.
In 2002-2004, she was head of the Office for Analysis and Coordination of Socio-Political Processes at the Almaty City Department of Information and Public Accord.
In 2004-2005, she was head of division, deputy head of Information Department of Almaty.
In 2005-2008, she was deputy director, director of the Almaty Department of Internal Policy.
In 2008-2010, she was head of the Department of Internal Policy of Astana.
In 2010-2014, she was deputy akim of Astana.
In 2014-2019, she was head of the Department of Internal Policy of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2019-2020, she was assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Head of the Division for Monitoring the Consideration of Appeals of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On May 4, 2020, she was appointed Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan by decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
