Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited the Karaganda Business Service Center under the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Karaganda region, which provides services and consulting to businessmen.

In the Center’s operational hall, entrepreneurs are advised by representatives of development institutions, in particular, the Damu Fund, the Public Service Center, second-tier banks and the investor service center. In the special "Training Class", seminars are held to explain the terms of lending and support measures under the Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship Development Program.

In accordance with the Address of President N. Nazarbayev, development of entrepreneurship is one of the key directions in forming a new model of economic growth in the country. In this regard, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with NCE Atameken, is conducting comprehensive work to expand measures to support domestic business, including through implementing the Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship Development Program.

In 2016, the Karaganda Business Service Center provided 4668 services to 3,433 business entities. In addition, in 2016, under the "Employment Roadmap 2020" program, 299 unemployed persons were trained in the basics of entrepreneurship, 138 people received financing for a total of 395 million tenge.
