Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Yeraly Tugzhanov with representatives of the Ministry of Healthcare and the Akimat of Nur-Sultan, inspected a number of facilities that have resumed their activities within the framework of the first stage of easing restrictive measures.

The facilities were inspected in order to control compliance with the requirements of the sanitary-epidemiological regime and thermometry of visitors. The shopping and entertainment center Mega Silk Way, the trade and construction market Etalon and the central market of Nur-Sultan were inspected.

During the visit to shopping facilities, entrepreneurs proposed to consider the possibility of extending the operating hours of shopping and entertainment centers and trading houses until 10 p.m., and markets until 8 p.m.

Tugzhanov instructed the Ministry of Healthcare to submit all the voiced proposals to the next meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on COVID-19 nonproliferation.

As a result of the audit, Tugzhanov urged entrepreneurs to strictly observe sanitary and epidemiological requirements at trade objects, and citizens — to be vigilant towards themselves and their loved ones.
