Bakytzhan Sagintayev instructed to review the system of tenders for construction of schools

During the meeting of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan chaired by the Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev, the implementation of the State Program of Infrastructure Development "Nurly Zhol" for 2015-2019 in the sphere of education was considered.

 

Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Sagadiyev reported that this year 71.7 billion tenge were allocated at the expense of the National Fund for the construction of 109 schools, of which 26.5 billion tenge for the completion of the previously launched 53 schools and 45.2 billion tenge for the beginning of construction of 56 schools.

According to the plan for the current year, 76 schools and 2 kindergartens, which were funded in 2016, are being put in operation.

"According to the akimats, until the end of the year 24 schools will be introduced. In 2018, the remaining 33 schools will be commissioned. Funds for the completion of these schools for 2018 are supported by the Ministry of Finance," Yerlan Sagadiyev reported.

Akims of Mangistau region Yerali Tugzhanov, the SKR Zhanseit Tuimebayev, Akmola region Malik Murzalin and EKR Danial Akhmetov also spoke during the meeting.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev instructed the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerbolat Dossayev to carry out the necessary work and, together with interested state bodies, take measures to change the tender procedures in the construction of schools and accelerate the development of funds allocated from the state budget.
