In the framework of "Nurly Zhol" systemic work continues on elimination of emergency schools and three-shift training

Today, during a briefing in the press center of the Government, Vice Minister of Education and Science Bibigul Assylova told about the implementation of the State Program of Infrastructure Development "Nurly Zhol".

Bibigul Asylova said that during the implementation of the State Program "Nurly Zhol" in the direction "Development of the infrastructure of the education sphere", 71.7 billion tenge was allocated from the National Fund this year, of which: 26.5 billion tenge to complete the construction of 53 schools started In 2016; 45.2 billion tenge for the construction of new 56 schools.

According to the Vice Minister, as of August 1 akimats have transferred 41 156 million tenge, of which 38 606 million tenge or 94% has been disbursed. 7 schools were put into operation in Almaty, Zhambyl, Karaganda regions by 1 school, 4 schools in NKR and kindergarten for 320 places in Zhanaozen town of Mangistau region. By the end of 2017, 80 schools are scheduled to be opened.

"Today, according to the National Educational Database of the country, there are 64 emergency schools and 127 schools with three-shift training. Of these, 41 emergency schools and 62 schools with three-shift training have moved since 2015 and 23 emergency schools and 65 schools with three-shift training have been identified again," said Bibigul Assylova.

As a result of 2017-2018, 51 schools will be introduced to replace emergency schools and 90 schools will eliminate three-shift training, of which 116 schools will be built at the expense of the National Fund.
