"Nurly Zhol": The use of funds increased in all directions and is proceeding according to the plan

The Vice Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aibatyr Zhumagulov during the briefing in the Government's press center told about the implementation of the State Program of Infrastructure Development "Nurly Zhol" for 2015-2019.

Aibatyr Zhumagulov said that the development of funds for 7 months increased by 52.9 billion tenge and amounted to 179.4 billion tenge. The increase is observed in all areas of the implementation of the state program.

"In road projects the use of funds increased by 35.6 billion tenge (from 51.5 to 87.1 billion tenge). In general, by the end of the year we expect full implementation of funds, and it is planned to put into operation 602 km of highways.

The modernization of heat, water and sanitation systems has increased by 5 billion tenge (from 29.3 billion to 34.3 billion tenge). According to the results of 2017-2018, it is planned to build and reconstruct about 1 248 km of networks," A. Zhumagulov said.

According to the Vice Minister, in the sphere of education development increased by 11.3 billion tenge (from 30.4 to 41.7 billion tenge), and it is planned to put into operation 70 objects by the results of 2017. The development and supply of the missing infrastructure to business facilities within the framework of the "BRM 2020" has also increased by 1.01 billion tenge (from 0.29 to 1.3 billion tenge).

The speaker noted that for effective implementation of the state program "Nurly Zhol", the MNE will monitor the development of allocated funds on a monthly basis.

Also Aibatyr Zhumagulov added that currently the development of funds is going according to the plan of financing and by the end of the year it is expected that the planned values ​​will be fully achieved.
