During the working visit to Pavlodar region, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited the plant for the production of railway axles and the formation of wheel sets  R.W.S. Wheelset and the factory for the production of turnouts and railway wheels for high-speed rolling stocks Prommashkomplekt LLP.

Director of R.W.S. Wheelset A. Slobodov reported on the work of a complex of high-technology processing and measuring equipment, systems of manipulation and automation of production processes.

The production capacity of R.W.S. Wheelset is 10 thousand wheel sets and 32 thousand railway axles a year. As part of the implementation of the Modernization 3.0 program, the company plans to expand the range of manufactured wheel pairs and finishing axles.

President of JSC "NC "KTZh" K. Alpysbayev reported on the demand for products manufactured by R.W.S. Wheelset, which provides JSC “NC “KTZh” and car repair facilities of the republic with railway axes and wheel pairs for freight cars produced by innovative technologies.

In this connection, JSC "NC "KTZh" adopted a protocol decision on the conclusion of a long-term contract for the supply of railway axles and wheel sets until 2020.

Director of the factory "Prommashkomplekt" A. Khachaturyan reported on the measures taken to intensify production, increase labor productivity and competitiveness of products.

In the framework of Modernization 3.0, Prommashkomplekt plans to launch new capacities in early 2018. Modernization of wheel production provides the additional creation of about 400 jobs.
