At a press conference following the meeting of the Government, the Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhenis Kasymbek spoke about the support of individual housing construction within the framework of the "Nurly Zher" program. 

About 50% of all housing will be built in the "Stimulating the construction of housing by private developers" direction of the program "Nurly Zher". The remaining 50% will be buolt through the construction of apartment buildings. 

Zh. Kassymbek informed that this year about 45 billion tenge was allocated from the republican budget for bringing the engineering infrastructure to the land plots. 

Till the end of this year it is planned to bring infrastructure networks to 60 thousand land plots in the regions. In the first half of the year, infrastructure, light, heat, roads, gas, was brought to 23.5 thousand plots. Mangistau, Aktobe, Atyrau, Almaty regions are leading among the country. 

Within the framework of this program direction, in the current year, a pilot project for the construction of individual houses in a single architectural style has been launched in four regions. It is planned to build 1,193 houses. MID RK developed 6 standard projects for the construction of such houses.
