Kamalzhan Nadyrov dismissed as vice minister of healthcare

By a decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nadyrov Kamalzhan Talgatovich was relieved as vice minister of healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with his transfer to another job.

Nadyrov was born in 1983 in Almaty. He graduated from Asfendiyarov Kazakh State Medical University, University of Turan, Higher School of Public Health. Over the years, he studied at Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business (USA), Parkway College (Singapore), a group of clinics Florence Nightingale (Turkey), Oxford Social Health Insurance system (Germany).

In 2007-2014, he worked at the Scientific Center of Urology named after Dzharbusynov as a clinical intern, department head, deputy general director.

He has been working in the Ministry of Healthcare since 2014. He served as Deputy Director of the Department of Standardization of Medical Services.

In 2016-2017, he headed the Republican Diagnostic Center – the director of the branch of the University Medical Center.

In 2017–2018, he was the head of the Astana Health Department.

From March 2018 to March 2019, he worked as the head of the Public Health Department of Astana.

From March 2019, he has been vice minister of healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
