Ruslan Manatayev appointed vice minister of agriculture 

By the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ruslan Ergalievich Manatayev has been appointed to the post of vice minister of agriculture. This was reported by the Press Service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

Ruslan Manatayev was born in 1984 in the Karaganda region. In 2005, he graduated from the Kazakh Economic State University named after Ryskulov, in 2017 — Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after Tynyshbayev, in 2020 - Nazarbayev University. 

Over the years, he worked in commercial structures. 

In 2014-2017, he was managing director, advisor to the President of Transtelecom JSC. 

In 2017-2018, he was director of LLP Astana - New Technologies - 2008. 

From 2018 to the present, he has been managing director for IT Solutions, vice president for Telecommunications, deputy chair of the Management Board of Transtelecom JSC.
