Nurgul Mauberlinova appointed Vice Minister of Information and Communications of Kazakhstan

By the Decree of the Government, Nurgul Mauberlinova was appointed to the post of Vice Minister of Information and Communications. Earlier, Alan Azhibayev occupied the post, who had been dismissed on his application.

Nurgul Mauberlinova was born in November 1973 in the Karaganda region. She graduated from Karaganda State University named after E. Buketov and Karaganda Economic University of  Kazpotrebsoyuz. 

She began her labor activity in 1992. In different years she worked in the structure of state bodies and in the commercial sector. 

In 2006–2008 — chief specialist, chief expert of the Information and Archives Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan. 

In 2008–2012, she was the chief consultant of the Information and Analytical Center at the Office of the Prime Minister. 

In 2012–2016, she held the post of Deputy Director of the RSI Central Communications Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an adviser to the Chairman of the Majilis of the Parliament. 

From July 2016 to the present, she has worked as chairman of the Information Committee of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
