Daryn Tuyakov appointed Vice Minister of Information and Communications of Kazakhstan

By the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Daryn Tuyakov was appointed to the position of the Vice Minister of Information and Communications.

Daryn Tuyakov was born in 1969 in the village of Ucharal, Alakol district of the Almaty region.

In 1990 he graduated from the Leningrad Higher Military-Political School of the Air Defense named after Yu. V. Andropov, in 1997 — the KazNU named after Al-Farabi, in 2007 — the International Academy of Business, in 2014 — RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation. He has a degree in Law.

He began his labor activity in 1990 as deputy commander of a separate radar company of the Radiotechnical Air Defense Forces.

He worked in the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Justice, in commercial structures in Almaty, in Kazakhtelecom JSC.

Prior to his appointment, he held the post of chief director and head of the staff of JSC Kazakhtelecom.

He was awarded with medals of Astana 10 Zhyldygy, 20 Years of Independence of Kazakhstan. He has the honorary title of Uzdik Baylanysshy for his personal contribution to the development of the industry.
