B. Temirbolat replaced M. Zhakypov as head of Document Processing Department of the Administration of the President of Kazakhstan

The Head of State made personnel changes in the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the press service of Akorda.

By the order of the Head of State, Temirbolat Bakytzhan Berikbayuly was appointed the head of the General Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By another order, Mirbolat Zhakypov was dismissed from the position of the head of the General Department of the Presidential Administration in connection with the transfer to another job

 

Zhakypov Mirbolat Khabuly was born in 1955 in the West Kazakhstan region.

In 1977, he graduated from the Moscow State Historical and Archive Institute.

In 1977-1989, he served as Editor, Head of Division, Member of the Board of the Head Directorate of Protection of State Secrets in Press under the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR.

In 1989-1990, he worked as Instructor of the Frunze District Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan in Almaty.

From 1990 to 1991, he served at the Document Processing Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as Expert, Assistant, Head of the sector, Deputy Head of the Department.

In 1996, by order of the Head of State, he was appointed Head of the Document Processing Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2002-2004, he served as First Deputy of the Head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2004-2008 he headed the Document Processing Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In February 2008, by the Order of the Head of State, he was appointed Head of the Document Provision Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In October 2008, by the Order of the Head of State he was appointed Head of the Document Processing Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He has been awarded with the Order of Qurmet (2006), Medal Eren Enbegi Ushin (For Excellence at Work, 2001), 7 anniversary and commemorative medals, Gratitude Letter of the President of Kazakhstan (2003, 2005), “Kasipodaktarga sinirgen enbegi ushin” (Contribution to trade unions’ development, 2008), Honorary citizen of the Kaztal district (2010).

He is an author of the “Handbook of contemporary paperwork” (2006) and many other newspaper and journal articles. He chairs the Editor’s Council of the “Paperwork issues” journal. He is also a member of the “Kazakhstani archives” journal.

 


 

Bakytzhan Berikbayuly Temirbolat was born on December 10, 1972. In 1998, he graduated from KazSU after al-Farabi with a major in Political Science. In 2000, he studied at the post-graduate course of the department of political science of KazSU. In 2010, he wrote a thesis for the degree of candidate of political science on the topic "Political representation of interests in the system of public administration: evolution and modernity (on the example of Kazakhstan)."

From 1998 to 2007, he held various positions in the Presidential Administration and the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

From 2007 to 2018 he was a Deputy Chief of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

He is the co-author of the publications "Parliament of Kazakhstan: formation, role in reforms, perspectives" in three books (2004), "Asian Breakthrough" (2005), "The Chronicle of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev" volumes for the period 1990-2014. (2009-2014), as well as the author of numerous scientific articles.

He was awarded the Qurmet order, jubilee medals.
